Terms of Service
Last updated: June 14, 2026
1. Agreement to these terms
By using Now Times (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Now Times is a free, browser-based tool for proposing, sharing, and converting times across time zones. It requires no account and stores no meeting data on any server — the details you enter are encoded into the share link and computed in the browser.
3. Free service, provided “as is”
The Service is provided free of charge, “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time.
4. Accuracy of times
We compute times using standard time-zone and daylight-saving data (the IANA time zone database) via your browser. While we aim for correctness, time-zone rules change and errors can occur. Do not rely on the Service as your sole source of truth for important meetings — always confirm critical times independently. We are not responsible for missed or mistimed events.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to harass, harm, or deceive others;
- attempt to disrupt, attack, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service;
- misrepresent the Service or use its name or branding without permission.
6. Links you create and share
You are responsible for the content of the share links you create and for whom you share them with. Anyone with a link can view the time and title it contains.
7. Intellectual property
The Service’s name, design, and source code are owned by its operator. The IANA time zone database is used under its own public-domain terms. You may use the Service for its intended purpose, but may not copy or repackage it as your own.
8. Third-party services & links
The Service may link to or integrate third parties (for example, “Add to calendar” / Google Calendar, and — on the home page, with your consent — analytics providers). We are not responsible for third-party services, which are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including reliance on times it displays.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will revise the “Last updated” date above when we do.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
